Charitos Transformation Africa is a Christian organization that carries out charitable activities to honor God by building relationships and strengthening communities spiritually and physically. In partnership with others, Charitos provides ongoing care in food, health, education and discipleship to God’s people in need of care, help and hope in Kenya or elsewhere in the world.
“Charitos” is Greek for “Grace”.
